PLANNING: VIEWER PROFILE

In todays lesson my group and I ( Agatha Parry, Demi Collins and Kate Bradford) did further planning for our film opening. We discussed each scene in more detail, such as the different types of camera shots and angle we are going to use. For example: match on action, tracking and panning.

We have kept our idea of having an Amber Alert warning, this is because it is only really known in America as that is where it was set up, therefore it is rarely known in Britain and this is why it's a good idea to use the Amber Alert warning because it will be new and interesting for our audience, who are in Britain.

I also started to make notes on what my target audience for my film opening would be, and i came up with this:

Age group: 16+

Gender: male and female

TV programmes they may watch: CSI, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead

Films they may watch: House At The End Of The Street, Taken, The Bourne Identity, Die Hard, Mission Impossible and The Expendables.

Use of Media: Things such as iPhones and Apple Macs are widely used across the world to go on the internet, to contact people via texting, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and emailing.

Music they may listen to: pop, rock, R&B, Capital Fm and Electronic

Below is a collage I have made. These images below represent what my target audience may be in to.

  2. You have completed an audience profile in this post. Ensure that we can see the films more prominently.
